Pumpkin Spiced Pretzel Granola


100g pretzels, crushed
100g porridge oats
20g flaked almonds
20g crushed hazelnuts
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1⁄2 tsp nutmeg, freshly grated
1 tsp ground ginger
100ml maple syrup 
20ml oil 


Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, ensuring everything is coated in maple syrup.

Tip onto the baking tray and bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes, until golden all over. Give everything a good toss after 10 minutes.

Allow to cool and store in an airtight container for up to a week. Best served with yoghurt or milk and seasonal fruits.

Makes one 350g jar
