Overnight Oats
1 banana , ripe
100 g Greek yoghurt
300 ml whole milk
1 tbsp almond butter
150 g porridge oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
100 g dark chocolate , chips
200 g blueberries
2 tbsp maple syrup
  1. Peel and mash up the banana. In a large mixing bowl, combine the banana, yoghurt, whole milk and almond butter. Add the oats, chia seeds and the chocolate chips. Cover with Cling Film and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. To serve, stir most of the blueberries through the mix and transfer to bowls. Top with more blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
