Subscription Terms

These are the terms of agreement (“Subscription Terms”) between you and Sorted Food regarding the services offered by Sorted and summarised below (“Subscription Plans”).

These Subscription Terms, along with our Terms of Supply, our Website Terms, the Sorted Food App End User Licence, our Event Terms, our Privacy Policy and the other rules policies and guidance we provide regarding your use of our Website and Apps (all as they may be changed over time) are collectively referred to as the “Terms”, form part of this agreement and govern your Subscription Plans and use of the Sorted Food services.

Our Subscription Plans provide you with access to a range of products and services, which include the following:

  • Smarter Recipe Packs every week via the Sorted Sidekick App;
  • Access to our digital cookbooks via the Sorted Cookbooks App;
  • Access to a library of ‘Feast Your Ears’ podcast episodes;
  • Offers on our printed cookbooks, merchandise and any events or livestream events;

By signing up for a Subscription Plan you agree to the Terms.

Your Account

You will need to establish an account with Sorted Food to activate your Sidekick Subscription Plan.

Subscription Plans

As part of our Services, we may change the Subscription Plans that we offer, and their features, from time to time. If you sign up for a Subscription Plan, you agree to the terms, conditions and limitations associated with them as posted on the Sorted Food Website.

Subscriber Content

Our Subscription Plans may give you the benefit of access to subscriber-only digital content and emails (provided that you have opted-in to receive these) (“Content”). You will have access to this Content only for so long as you remain an active subscriber to your Subscription Plan in good standing.

Fees and Renewal

Fees for Subscription Plans will be stated at the time of your purchase or sign-up, as provided by our FAQ page. The fees for Subscription Plans may vary. Fees may be subject to tax and are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances described in our Terms of Supply. We use Stripe to process our payments and we accept all major debit and credit cards for payment.

If your Subscription Plan involves a recurring payment of a fee, unless you notify us before a change that you want to cancel or do not want automatically to renew your Subscription Plan, you understand that it will automatically continue and you authorise us to collect the then-applicable fees and any taxes using any payment card we have on record for you.

If all payment cards we have on file for you are declined for payment of your subscription  fees, we may have to cancel your Subscription Plan unless you provide us with new payment card details. If you do this and are successfully charged before your Subscription Plan is cancelled, your new subscription period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.

Subscription Plan cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription Plan within 14 days after you first sign-up to it and apply for a full refund of any fees paid by emailing support@sortedfood.com

You may cancel your Subscription Plan at any time by visiting www.sortedfood.com/my-account/ or by contacting our Customer Service team at support@sortedfood.com.

If you want to change your Subscription Plan please contact our Customer Service team at support@sortedfood.com.

If you cancel or downgrade your Subscription Plan more than 14 days after you first signed-up to your Subscription Plan, you will not receive a refund of any fees already paid. Your Subscription Plan benefits will terminate immediately your Subscription Plan is cancelled.

Restrictions

We reserve the right to accept or refuse Subscription Plan users or restrict Subscription Plan use in our discretion. You may not transfer or assign your Subscription Plan benefits. We may take any action we deem to be necessary to prevent fraud and abuse, as set out in our Website Terms.

Suspension

We may suspend access to the benefits of your Subscription Plan in certain circumstances (such as technical reasons for a period not exceeding 72 hours), or if we are unable to collect your Subscription Plan Fee on time, until such time as it has been paid. For further details, see our Terms of Supply.

Changes

We will (In our discretion) notify account holders in the event that we make any material changes to the Terms or any part of them or the Subscription Plans. Your continued use of the Subscription Plan constitutes your acceptance of the change(s). If you do not agree the change(s) you must immediately cancel your Subscription Plan.

Termination by Us

Our business may change over time and we reserve the right to cancel the Subscription Plans in whole or in part and to terminate your Subscription Plan at our discretion without notice. If we do so we will give you a pro rata refund based on the number of days remaining in your Subscription Plan (unless we terminate in our discretion for conduct that is in breach of applicable laws, involves fraud or misuse of the Sorted Food Website or related services, or breaches the Terms or our Community Guidelines). Our failure to enforce your compliance with the Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

Disputes

Any dispute arising from these terms or your Subscription Plan is subject to our Terms of Supply.
