Caramel And Marshmallow Sweet Potato Fries

Open your mind. Then open your mouth.
- 1 cup pecan nuts
- 140 g milk
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 cup marshmallow
- 250 g sugar
Toast Your Pecans
Chuck your pecan nuts into a hot, dry pan. Toast them till they smell good! ( bout 3 minutes)
Pour the sugar into a hot pan on a medium heat and just as it begins to crystallise, stir in a little of the milk bit by bit. Make sure the milk is fully dissolved before adding more.
Now pour your sauce over the pecans, add a pinch of salt and then pour over your fries. Add some marshmallows on top and lightly toast them with a blow torch.
Now eat them.
