Here's a 'taster' of the wines included in our Lift The Cloche wine tasting experience.

Remember, if you want to get hold of them in time to accompany the Live YouTube Broadcast on Friday 13th September, order before August 18th!

Before we start, we'd recommend keeping wines 1-4 in the fridge and 5-6 in a cool place until the tasting.

The only other thing you need to prep is wine glasses - a minimum of 2 is great, but 6 would be perfect!!

Wine No. 1

Wine name/date: Pieropan Soave Classico 2023

Origin: Soave, Northern Italy

Grape(s): Garganega (85%) Trebbiano (15%)

Tasting notes: straw yellow, zingy with floral and citrus notes, green fruit like apple and pear with some minerality.

ABV: 12%

Tasting notes: honeysuckle, citrus and peach on the nose, moving to cooked apple or apricot on the palate with buttery richness, a little vanilla and toast.
