Recipe: Mixed Berry And Rose Water Smoothie


Rushing to work? Needing to quench your thirst? Craving a quick, fruity snack? This berry smoothie is what you need. It only takes 30 seconds to make and is crammed with oats, bananas and heaps of fresh berries. The coconut water adds a refreshing twist. It'll keep you going for hours.


  • 150 g mixed frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp rosewater
  • 200-250 ml coconut water

Throw the berries, banana, oats, spinach, honey and rosewater into a blender. Blend to a thick consistency with some of the coconut water, then more to get a really smooth, drinkable consistency. Pour and drink up! Makes 1 smoothie
