Recipe: Baby Choc Hazelnut Doughnuts


Makes 20 baby doughnuts - or around 6ish big doughnuts - doughnut pan required


  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ¾ cup flour
  • 1 tbsp egg
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut butter
  • 2 tsp Cocoa powder

Step 1

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Pipe into doughnut mould and bake at 180 for 10 minutes voila that's it! Super simple! You will probably have to do it in a few batches depending on your mould size. I dipped mine in chocolate ganache and sprinkles some desiccated coconut onto them so they were sorta like lamingtons here in Australia :)
