Recipe: Milk Chocolate Recipe
Simple delicious Milk Chocolate that you can whip up in under 20 minutes!
- 50 g Cocoa Butter
- 30 g Cocoa Powder
- 30 g Milk Powder
- 50 g Icing Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
Measure out ingredients.
Melt Cocoa Butter
Melt the cocoa butter in a glass or metal bowl over a pot of simmering water.
Cocoa Powder And Icing Sugar
Add the icing sugar and cocoa powder and whisk, making sure to dissolve the cocoa and melt the icing sugar.
Add the Milk powder of your choice and whisk.
Pour into either a chocolate mould, a container or a lined loaf pan and leave to set. ( You can speed this up by placing in the freezer for about 15 mins)
Snap into shards or wrap in tin foil and enjoy!
