Recipe: Turmeric Lassi


I found this recipe on the Green Kitchen Stories blog, and I just fell in love with it. If you never had lassi before, it's time to try this version. Don't be scared by the turmeric taste, I'm sure you'll be impressed.


  • 2 cup Yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 tsp Freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • ½ Lemon (juice)
  • 3 tsp Turmeric
  • 4 or to taste Ice cubes
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Step 1

Blend It Up Hun

Just put it all in the blender and ajust the taste, if needed, to your liking. More ice, for exemple, or more turmeric, more honey... up to you. This recipe yields 2 big glasses, or 4 small ones. Enjoy ;)
