Recipe: Manky Milkshake

MANKY MILKSHAKE sounds horrible but it helps you to save money AND you get a treat at the same time with only 2 ingredients!


  • 2 bananas that are going black (that you arent likely to eat!)
  • 400 ml skimmed milk (or replace with almond milk to make vegan)

Step 1


slice the banana, place on a tray then freeze for at least four hours (or even over night)

Step 2


add half the banana and all the milk to a blender (or use a hand blender) blend, then add the other half of the banana (here is where you could add protein powder, peanut butter or is you are feeling naughty some chocolate spread!)
