Korean Pork Burger With Kimchi

Spicy, juicy Asian burger
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup rolled oats
- hamburger buns
- leaf lettuce
- 1 egg
- 3 green onions
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 thumb Ginger
- 1 lb ground pork
Grate ginger and add to ground pork along with black pepper, egg, rolled oats, soy sauce, and fish sauce.
Add chopped green onions to meat. Let sit for 15 min allowing oats to soak up excess liquid. Form patties.
Add a little oil to a skillet. Cook patties on a low to medium heat. 7 or 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Using a little grease from the pan brush your hamburger buns and place them in a dry pan on medium heat to brown.
Place lettuce on the bun and patties on the lettuce. Top burger with kimchi.
Give in to the watering mouth and take a bite.
