This no bake cheesecake can be adapted for any chocolate you have in mind. I have substituted Terry's for aero, ferrero rochers and even Oreos. Everything works!
Crush the digestive biscuits in a blender or in a ziplock bag with a rolling pin. Melt the butter and mix with the crushed biscuits in a bowl.
Use an 8" or 9" spring form cake tin and put all the biscuit mix in the tin. Pat down with a spoon so it is compact and place in the fridge. If you don't own a spring form tin use a normal cake tin but place clung film down the bottom. Keep the cling film long enough to stick out of the edges so the cheesecake can be lifted out. Then pour in the biscuit mix and pat down so it is compact and place in the fridge.
Mix the soft cheese and icing sugar until well combined. Add the creme fraise and essence and mix again until combined. Then pour in the double cream and whisk with a hand mixer. (This can be done by hand but it may take longer) Chop up the 50g of terry chocolate orange and mix into the filling.
Scoop the filling into the tins and smooth out with a spatula. Place in the fridge for 1 hour minimum.
Decorate the top however you wish. I have place the pieces of Terry's all around the edge then chopped a pice up and sprinkled it in the middle.
