Recipe: Blueberry And Avocado Smoothie
This fruity smoothie is rich creamy and packed full of healthy omega 3.
It makes a great addition to any breakfast
- 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
- ½ cup Almond Milk
- 2 tsp Honey (optional)
- ½ Avocado
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
Place all the ingredient into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Garnish with bee pollen, raw cacao, goji berries, muesli or toasted seeds, of choice
