Recipe: Blueberry And Avocado Smoothie

BLUEBERRY AND AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

This fruity smoothie is rich creamy and packed full of healthy omega 3. It makes a great addition to any breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
  • ½ cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Honey (optional)
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter

Step 1

Place all the ingredient into a blender and blitz until smooth.

Step 2

Garnish with bee pollen, raw cacao, goji berries, muesli or toasted seeds, of choice
