Healthy Banana Oat Cookies

These cookies are extremely easy to make, only using 2 maintain ingredients and added toppings. It will take around 10 minutes to make a batch of these cookies, which, might I add, are extremely healthy!
- 1 Banana
- Topping of your choice
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
Measure 1 Cup of rolled oats and add them to a bowl.
Peel 1 Banana and break it into chunks. Place the chunks into the bowl with the oats.
Using a fork, mash the banana into the oats to form a dough.
You may add different flavourings to the batter, such as vanilla essence which will make it sweeter.
Once you have mixed the batter, take small amounts of it and place it onto a non metallic plate. Squish the batter down to make cookie shapes.
Get some toppings of your choice (you don't need to have toppings) and place them onto raw the cookies.
Once they are decorated, place them into the microwave for:
1 minute = softer cookie
2 minutes = harder cookie
Leave them to cool for a for minutes before serving.
Once they are cooled, you can enjoy this healthy snack!
