Recipe: Gooey Chocolate Fudge Brownies
This recipe will give you deliciously gooey brownies that will satisfy your need for chocolate!
- 2 cup Sugar
- 2 cup Chocolate
- 5 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1½ cup Plain Flour
- 1¼ cup Butter
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 Eggs
THIS RECIPE MAKES 24 BROWNIES. YOU MAY HALF THE RECIOE TO GIVE TOU 12 IF YOU WISH.
Preheat fan oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Melt the butter in the microwave for 10 second increments until fully melted.
Pour the melted butter into a bowl, and add the cocoa powder.
Mix the melted butter and the cocoa powder together until fully combined.
Then add the sugar, and mix that until fully combined.
Blend in the eggs, one at a time.
Once incorporated, add the vanilla extract, and mix.
Sift the flour into the mixture, then fold it into the batter.
Once the flour is almost incorporated, chop up the chocolate into chunks.
Then add the chocolate to the mixture and fold the chunks in.
Place the brownie mix into a baking tin that is lined with greaseproof or parchment paper.
Place into a fan over heated to 180 degrees C, and bake for 12-15 minutes.*
*Or until a skewer inserted into it has wet crumbs on it. (It should not be covered in batter as that is underdone and unsafe to eat).
Leave to cool, cut the mix into squares, and then serve and ENJOY!
