Sesame Chicken Toast

I loooooove Sesame Chicken Toast, especially with sweet chilli sauce :)
- 50 g White sesame seeds
- 0 Vegetable oil for deep frying
- 4 slices Thick sliced white bread
- 1 handful Coriander stalks
- 20 g Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 250 g Chicken mince
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
Preheat The Fryer
Preheat the fryer to 180ºC.
Make The Chicken Paste
Peel and roughly chop the garlic, ginger and washed coriander stalks.
Place the chicken mince in a food processor with the garlic, ginger, coriander, soy sauce and 5 spice powder.
Blitz until you have a paste.
Assemble The Toast
Spread the chicken mixture evenly on to the bread, right to the edges and quite generously.
Tip the sesame seeds on to a plate and dunk the bread, chicken mix side down, into the seeds to coat.
Deep Fry The Toast
Cut the raw chicken toast into small squares and fry in the oil for 3 minutes, until golden brown all over.
Blot the fried pieces on the kitchen paper and serve with the sweet chilli sauce, for dipping.
