If you're trying to be good but have a sweet tooth, then this recipe will be great for breakfast to get the day started or after a meal instead of a guilty pudding. Mike struggles to have a proper breakfast, but this has been designed to be as easy as possible!
Tip the yoghurt, whey protein, honey and almond butter into a blender and blitz (or whisk together very well).
Chop the nuts roughly and chuck them into a dry pan over a medium-high heat. Toast the nuts with the oats until you can smell the toasted flavour. (You could do this in a big batch and save for subsequent meals.)
Core and dice the apple
Pour the yoghurt into a bowl and add the apple and blackberries.
Scatter over the hot nuts and oats. Drizzle over a little more honey and enjoy! Serves 1
