Recipe: Cheat's Cheesecake


Throw a cheesecake into a glass and you don't have to wait hours to dig in... just chill in the freezer and you have a tasty cheesecake in minutes.


For The Base

  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 125 g Biscoff biscuits

For The Cheesecake Mix

  • 600 g cream cheese
  • 50 ml double cream
  • 6 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste

Step 1

Make The Base

Melt the butter for the base in the microwave. Crumble the biscuits into a mixing bowl and stir through the butter to make a mixture like wet sand. Spoon the mix into glasses or bowls that you want to serve in.

Step 2

Make The Filling

In another mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, double cream, icing sugar and vanilla paste. Divide the cheesecake mix between your 4 serving glasses or bowls. Store in the fridge until needed or eat right away. Serves 4
