Espresso Cream Dessert

Eat it with fresh fruit to cut through the richness. Serves 6
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 100 g Double cream
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- 4-5 tbsp Coconut flower sugar
- 40 ml Fresh brewed strong espresso
Beat the first 3 ingredients together. Add the rest and make it smooth
Use some fresh fruits to have a balance. Keeps in the fridge for 3 days
