Mongolian Beef In A Crock Pot

Super easy and melt in your mouth tasty. Serves 4
- 800 g flank steak
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 2 g red onions
- 2 g carrots
- 2 g cloves of garlic
- 1 g knob of ginger
- 2 g bay leaves
- 1/2 cup dark muscovado sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 450 ml high quality beef stock
- 350 ml water
- 5 g drops of Tabasco
- 1 g salt and pepper
Prepare The Veggies
peel and cut carrots, ginger, garlic and carrots and cut them not too fine- slice the steaks into thin cuts and place them into a freezer bag with the potato starch and coat well
Uae a slow cooker and fill it with the veggies first, the add the beef strips and get all other ingredients in too.
cook for 4,5 hours and season well. Serve with rice and steamed broccoli
