Japanese year crossing buckwheat noodles. This is eaten at New Years eve for long life and good luck.
- 100 g extra long soba noodles
- 250 ml water
- 1 g package dashi stock
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup Tzuyu noodle broth
- 1 g bunch spring onions
- 1 g bunch chives
- 4 g gyozas
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
Cook The Soba Noodles
drain them and wash them under cold water, place in a bowl with ice cold water for 30 seconds and drain well
Make The Soup
get the soup ingredients in a pot and heat it up, place the chopped white parts of the spring onions in to soften
heat the gyoza in the microwave. Place the soba in the bowl and add the other ingredients. When you eat it, do not leave soba behind, you will shorten your life or luck
