Katsu Chicken Burgers

Similar to the nuggets I made a little while back. Sack off flour and egg, to replace with Katsu Curry Paste, baking the flavour into the Chicken.
- 1 Handful Grated Carrot
- 2 tbsp Katsu Curry Paste
- 8 Marris Piper Potatoes
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 2 Spring Onions (Diced)
- 1½ cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 Handful Babyleaf Spinach
- 4 Burger Buns
- 1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
Start by prepping your veg. Butterfly and Marinade your Chicken in your Curry Paste (leave in the fridge for an hour. Place your potatoes on an oven tray, season then with Salt and Peppa before adding Olive Oil and rubbing into the Potatoes. Make sure you was given a prick. Add to another one at 200°C and bake for 45 minutes.
Bake Your Chicken!
To Panne your chicken take it out of the fridge and Cover it with Panko Breadcrumbs. Take the potatoes out and leave to cook while you bake your Chicken at the same temperature for 20 minutes.
Make Your Chips!
Divide your Baked Potatoes into chips before reseasoning with more Salt, Pepper and Olive Oil.
Make Your Slaw!
Mix together your Sesame Seeds, Grated Carrot, Spring Onion and Vinegar. Season with a little Salt and Pepper.
Layer your burger with Spinach, Chicken, Slaw and finish with a tsp of Curry Sauce and the kid, served with a side of your Chips. Give it a go and let me know how you get on!
