Frozen yogurt bark was trendy approximately 2 years ago so of course, we're making it now! It's the greatest grab & go snack ever ever ever. Raspberry and lavender flavour anyone?

500 g greek yoghurt
250 g mixed frozen berries
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp lavendar
1 handful redcurrants and blackcurrants to decorate
Make The Yoghurt Mix
In a food processor blitz the yoghurt with the frozen berries, honey and lavender to get a fairly smooth mixture.
Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Pour the fruit mixture onto the tray and spread it out so that it’s the thickness of about 1cm then scatter over the reserved blackcurrants and redcurrants.
Freeze for several hours.
Serve Or Store
Simply peel away from the paper once frozen and snap into irregular shards at which point they can be stored in a ziplock bag to grab and eat whenever you want.
