Who knew you could completely transform a packet of standard ramen noodles? This hack of adding a few extra ingredients from your store cupboard can upgrade a bowl and make it a worthy, practically gourmet lunch. No microwave needed! Just a kettle.
Finely slice the jerky and the nori. Add the ramen, jerky, nori, spinach and sriracha to a bowl.
Scatter over the ramen flavour packet then pour over boiling water. Wait for 3-5 minutes, until the noodles are soft, then stir everything together.
Separate the egg and place the yolk into the middle of the bowl.
Top with pickled ginger, more sriracha (optional) and soy sauce. Stir in the egg and enjoy!
