These cookies were my childhood favorite. After many years I' ve made them again and I' ve realize that they are still my favorite.
Mix sugar, eggs and butter until it' s creamy. Add the flour, corn starch and baking powder. The dough will be very stiff and tough so you need to knead it with your hands for about 7 minutes.
Preheat the oven 165 degree. Take walnut size pieces of the dough roll it and place it on a baking tray.
For making the mushroom stem use a glass soda/beer bottle dip it in the cocoa and shake the excess cocoa.
Push the bottle in the middle of the dough until half way and make a stem.
Bake it until its golden brown at the bottom. Dont bake it more than 20 minutes because you dont want these cookies to get brown it needs to look white and really dry to touch.
