Recipe: The Most Goo-Iest Gooey Brownies Ever

THE MOST GOO-IEST GOOEY BROWNIES EVER

It's a brownie sandwich extravaganza and you're all invited! Why settle for a regular brownie when you can pour an entire tin of condensed milk in the middle? There'll be goo all over the place...

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 300 g caster sugar
  • 300 g condensed milk
  • 175 g chocolate chips
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 290 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g plain flour
  • 170 g butter, cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Step 1

Make The Batter

Add the butter and dark chocolate to a saucepan and gently melt until smooth. Leave to cool. Grab a large bowl and add the eggs and the sugar until pale and slightly thickened. Add the vanilla extract, the cooled chocolate mixture, flour and salt.

Pour half of the batter into the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.

Chill in the fridge for a few hours, then pull the brownie out of the tray and slice to serve. Makes 16 squares.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.  Line an 20x20cm baking tray with greaseproof paper.

Bake The Second Half

Pour the condensed milk over the cooked brownie and scatter over the chocolate chips. Pour over the remaining batter and cook for another 30 minutes.
