Recipe: Maple Chia Almond Butter Crunchy Granola

MAPLE CHIA ALMOND BUTTER CRUNCHY GRANOLA

A great way to kickstart your day: rich in protein, healthy fats and carbs you need to wake up your brain and be yourself at your best. Best paired to coconut jogurt, plain dairy or soy yogurt, plant based or dairy milk and some fresh fruit (I love berries) and a drizzle of agave or honey. Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1½ tbsp vanilla extract or paste or powder
  • ½ tsp kosher Himalayan salt
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • 4½ tbsp almond butter
  • 2 cup oats

Step 1

Put Everything On A Baking Sheet In A Tray In A Preheated Oven At 325 Fahrenheit (165 Celsius) And Pay Attentino Because It Could Burn Easily. Usually It Takes 7 To 10 Minutes Stirring Halfway Through.

Step 2

In Another Bowl Combine Maple Syrup, Almond Butter, Vanilla Extract And Whisk Well.

Step 3

In A Bowl Combine Oats, Salt, Cinnamon, Vanilla (Only If Powder, Otherwise Combine Lately With Wet Ingredients) And Chopped Almonds.

Step 4

Put Wet Into Dry Ingredients And Stir Very Well (Combine With Elbow Grease Otherwise:d)
