Recipe: Salmon & Avo Salad


This light salad is perfect for a summers evening. This recipe serves two (or one super hungry person)


  • 1 Salmon fillet
  • 1 tsp Mayo
  • Salt
  • 1 Handful Mixed salad leaves
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Pinch Coriander
  • 1 Beef tomato
  • Pepper

Step 1

Dice up your avo and half of your beef tomato and mix together with salt, pepper, lime juice and coriander to taste.

Slice up the remaining half of your beef tomato.

Fry my pretties, fry!

Season your salmon fillet and cook it in a pan with some oil for about 3/5 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillet.

Plate up and dig in!

First cover the plate with your salad leaves then lay out your sliced tomatoes in the centre. Place your cooked salmon fillet on top of your toms in the centre of the plate. Surround it with guac goodness and you're done! Enjoy!
