Recipe: Raspberry-Banana 'ice Cream'
This is unbelievably simple and perfect on the (rare) warm days we have in England. Raspberry and banana ice cream entirely free from gluten, dairy and refined sugars. It makes a wonderful breakfast, snack or yummy treat!
- ¼ tsp vanilla powder
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 generous handful of fresh/frozen raspberries
- Optional toppings: Granola/Nuts/Seeds/Fruit
- A splash of nut milk
Place bananas, raspberries, nut milk and vanilla in a blender/food processor and blend it all together until it forms a delicious ice cream consistency. Add a bit more liquid if required.
Decorate And Eat!!
Pour into a bowl and top with whatever takes your fancy - granola is a create texture contrast for a bit of crunch.
