If you love chocolate you will LOVE our chocolate dirt pots and it's also a great one to get the kids involved with! The chocolate pudding is really easy to make and you can layer these the day before, ready to be decorated with plenty of mint and gummy worms!
Stir the cocoa powder, corn flour and 2 tablespoons of caster sugar together in a dry saucepan. Pour in the milk and gently heat, stirring occasionally.
Crack the egg into a small bowl and mix with the other tablespoon, then add a ladle of the hot chocolate milk as you whisk.
Pour the egg mixture back into the pan and continue to heat with the butter and broken up dark chocolate. Bubble in the pan for a minute, then transfer into a bowl or jug to cool.
Blitz up the cookies into a fine crumb using a blender or by hitting it in a sandwich bag with a heavy object. Layer the cooled chocolate mixture and the biscuit crumb into a glass tumbler, finishing with the soil.
Decorate with some fresh mint sprigs and a couple of jelly worms. Serves 4
