Recipe: Iced Pear And Ginger Tea

In the summer months an iced tea can be more refreshing and thirst quenching than water itself... this is just such an example.
Ingredients
- 2 breakfast teabags
- 1 chunk of root ginger
- 1 tin of pear halves
- 100 g ice cubes

Step 1
Brew Tea
Place 2 breakfast teabags into a tea pot and fill up with boiling liquid. Stir and leave to brew for 10 minutes. Then scoop out the teabags and chill the tea.

Step 2
Grate The Ginger
Peel and grate the root ginger as finely as possible.

Step 3
Mix And Serve
Over ice combine 1/3 pear juice from a tin of pear halves with 2/3 chilled tea and then stir in the grated ginger. Enjoy!
