Recipe: Gluten Free Chocolate Biscuit Cake
Chewy and crunchy chocolate biscuit fridge cake!
- 8 oz Gluten free digestive biscuits
- 1 egg
- 4 oz Caster sugar
- 4 oz Dark Chocolate
- 4 oz Butter
Crunch up the biscuits leaving some chunks a little larger for extra crunch.
Melt chocolate, butter and sugar together in a bowl over simmering water.
Lets Get Together...
Combine the melted chocolate, butter and sugar mixture to the crunched up biscuits. When cool, add the beaten egg and mix well making sure all the biscuit is covered.
Chill Out Man
Press the mixture into a 7" square tin lined with foil! Then chill in the fridge for a few hours. When firm, turn out and cut into squares, sizes will depend on how greedy you are.
