INGREDIENTS

STEP-BY-STEP-GUIDE

CHOP SHOP & FRY

Chop up the vegetables and the parsley into pieces. Heat up a pan and fry the minced beef and the onions for about 5min on high heat in the butter and olive oil. Put the vegetables into it and fry for another 2min. Spice the mix with the salt, pepper, smoked Paprika and fry for another 2min. Turn the pan of the heat and mix the chopped parsley into the mix. Let it cool before you go on.

PREPARE THE DOUGH

Knock back the dough and devide into 100g pieces. Roll them into balls and store them under a teatowel. Please find the dough recipe for Pide & Börek in my recipes!

ROLL HIGH...!

Roll out the ball into the shape shown in the pic. The thinkness is about 2-3 mm.

FILL & BAKE

Fill in the fried meat mix but leave space at the sides. Now fold it over like shown in the pic, first on side than the other. Press the edges together. Now put the ready to bake Pide on a baking tray with parchment paper. Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese into the pocket were you can see the meat. Cover the sides with an olive oil beaten egg mix. Bake in your preheated oven at 230 C until the sides are golden brown. About 12-18 min.

SERVE & ENJOY

Serve hot or cold. Add other things to it to pimp it up. Have fun with it
