  • 2 red apples
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice
  • 30 g porridge oats
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 150 ml natural yoghurt
  • 1 drizzle condensed milk
  • 1 handful(s) fresh berries
  • 20 g chopped hazelnuts or other nuts choice

Step 1

Prep Hazelnuts And Apple

Chop the hazelnuts. Grate the apples into a bowl leaving the skin on. mix with the lemon juice.

Add Remaining Ingredients

Add all the other ingredients except for the berries and nuts, then taste. You may wish to add more condensed milk if not sweet enough.

Serve With Berries And Nuts

Serve it an hour after making to let the oats soak with plenty of fresh berries and the nuts sprinkled on top. Serves 2
