Love this stuff.

Breakfast is such an important part of the day even though a lot of people tend to skip it! Porridge is great because you can make it out of dry store ingredients, oats are a great (and cheap) carb and you can add a shot of coffee to get your wake up boost. Top up with extra protein with a scoop of whey or trail mix and you're ready to get your gainz on (academically and physically).

Added some fresh blueberries because yes. And those dried rose petals give that amazing smell and subtle flavour also... Amazing. Creamy. Delicious. Lovely. Easy. Quick.

Super summery.

This is the ultimate recipe for vegan, gluten free, super delicious porridge. Takes 15 minutes to make and top, and it's super good for your lazy Sunday mornings.
