Cream Cheese Chiffon Cake

Have you ever thought of a cheese cake with a chiffon cake texture? Here is the recipe that incorporates cream cheese into chiffon cake to give you a new mouthfeel ever.
- 5 g Lemon Juice
- 100 g Cream Cheese
- 13 g Vegetable Oil
- 3 Egg Yolk
- 4 Egg White
- 75 g Cake Flour
- 55 g Granulated White Sugar
- 45 g Fresh Milk
Preheat oven to 180 Degree Celsius.
Egg Yolk Mixture
Cream cheese and 1/3 of the sugar until sugar dissolves.
Add egg yolks one by one to combine well.
Add in vegetable oil, lemon juice and milk to fully combined.
Sift in cake flour and mix well.
Whisking Egg White
Add in the rest 2/3 of sugar to the egg white and beat until stiff peaks (egg white stays in the bowl when turning upside down).
Add 1/3 of the whisked egg white into the egg yolk mixture, gently fold to combine them.
Transfer the mixture to the remaining 2/3 whisked egg white, mix them evenly by gentle folding.
Pour the finished batter into the greased chiffon cake mould.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Cool completely and serve.
