Roll out the puff pastry and brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle over the paprika and a pinch of salt (optional).
Cut the pastry sheet into thin strips about 20cm long by 1cm wide and take each strip individually and lay them onto a non-stick baking sheet, giving them 3 twists each.
Bake for 15 mins at 200 degrees celsius until puffed and golden.
Take each dip one at a time and dump all the ingredients into a blender. Blitz until smooth and transfer to a serving bowl for later.
Serve with breadsticks, crisps or chips… party food SORTED! Plenty for 8 party goers
