We heard that dog food is put the test on humans first! So we thought... why not cook up some delicious canine treats! We started with the nicer option of dog biscuits and you'll see form the video... dogs love them!

125 g peanut butter
90 ml skimmed milk
1 small egg
125 g whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
15 g oats
2 rashers bacon
Preheat the oven to 160ºC.
Line two baking trays with baking paper.
Mix the peanut butter, milk and egg together in a large bowl.
Whisk the mixture to remove any lumps.
Add the flour and baking powder to stir in.
Add in the oats and bacon, then mix them into the thick dough.
Cut Into Shapes
Tip out the dough and bring it together on a work surface.
Roll the dough to 5cm thickness and cut into shapes.
Lay the shapes out on the lined baking trays and bake for 10 minutes.
Flip the biscuits and bake for another 10 minutes.
Allow To Cool And Serve
Allow to cool completely.
Store up to a week or freeze for 2 months.
