Our Head of Food and pro-chef, Kush, will be talking you through four pillars of the course, step-by-step, stripping back everything you thought you knew about Dough! With over 18 years of professional cooking experience, Kush will provide you with all the tricks of the trade taken from his global cooking career, to the comfort of your own kitchen.

Our 4-week course has no limitations - everyone is invited! Each week, a new unit will be released allowing you to join in from anywhere in the world and take on the weekly challenges in your own time.
