Our Head of Food and pro-chef, Kush, will be talking you through four pillars of the course, step-by-step, stripping back everything you thought you knew about Dough! With over 18 years of professional cooking experience, Kush will provide you with all the tricks of the trade taken from his global cooking career, to the comfort of your own kitchen.
Our 4-week course has no limitations - everyone is invited! Each week, a new unit will be released allowing you to join in from anywhere in the world and take on the weekly challenges in your own time.
After taking the course, we hope that you can use your newly learnt tips and tricks to smash loads of different bread recipes, adapting and tweaking them as you get more confident! What are you waiting for?

Each week the Food Team will answer your class's top three questions, helping to solve problems and give you regular feedback throughout the course.
Each dough creation will be broken down into simple, stress-free steps so that you never miss a thing. We also include summary captions for each step - becoming a dough pro has never been easier.
You'll be top of the class with supporting theory notes and first-hand learnings from Kush's 18 years of professional cooking experience.
In addition to the core aspects of the course, you will also receive a certificate of course completion and access to the course content for 6 months post purchase.
