60 Second Banana Smoothie Banana smoothie alert! This is cool, refreshing and yep, you heard, only 60 seconds to make. It uses ingredients such as turmeric and ginger to give it a beautiful, nutritious kick that's sure to wake you up in the morning.
Ingredients 8 ice cubes 2 bananas ripe and peeled 200 ml whole milk 2 tbsp peanut butter 1/2 tsp ground turmeric 1 cm piece root ginger, peeled | Method- Add the ice cubes, bananas (break them into a few pieces), milk, peanut butter, turmeric and ginger into the beaker of a Blend-X Fresh. Blend until smooth, adjusting with cold water to get a consistency you like if required, then serve immediately whilst cold.
