Using these recipes as part of a healthier diet as well as… yes, unfortunately I am going to say it… exercising, can help get those bikini bulges SORTED.
I hate exercising but I love socialising and eating, not a great diet combo! Or is it? Head to an aerobics class or for a jog with a mate… Once you’ve worked up a sweat, head to the kitchen for a chat whilst preparing your wasabi & tuna noodle salad. The salad’s packed with tasty ingredients but is low in fat and fresh fish can offer you some omega 3. The promise of delicious food and great company makes that exercise much more bearable.
