Fruit and Veg
2 white onion
1 small red onion
a bulb of garlic
1 red chilli
3 handfuls of fresh spinach
4 large flat mushrooms
1 red pepper
2 spring onions
bunch of fresh parsley
few sprigs of fresh mint
handful of fresh coriander
1 tbsp of cream cheese
1 tbsp of grated Parmesan
small chunk of feta cheese
chunk of emmental cheese (100g)
2 cups of risotto rice (400g)
1 tin/carton of tomato passata (400g)
4 flour tortilla wraps
1 tin of sweetcorn, drained (325g)
pinch of baking powder
handful of fresh asparagus, tips chopped
handful of frozen peas, thawed
handful of frozen broad beans, thawed

2 knobs of butter
splash of white wine (optional)
1 vegetable or chicken stock cube
plain flour (60g)
splash of milk (20ml)
a few glugs of olive oil
pinch of white sugar
