This week in the UK we celebrate the 15th year of National Curry Week. Crowned as one of Britain's favourite dishes we pay homage to all types of curry. Whether you'll be dining in or out we still think you should give some of our curry recipes a try.
We've picked our favourite three Indian inspired dishes... a chicken, fish and vegetarian... and put them together into one simple shopping list for you to use.
We also take a look back to this time last year when we visited michelin starred chef Atul Kochher at his Mayfair Indian restaurant for some curry inspiration
Meat and Fish
diced boneless chicken thigh (400g)

a bag of washed spinach

small pot of double cream
Dry Ingredients
jar of curry powder
jar of garam masala
jar of of ground cumin
jar of of ground coriander

jar of cardamom pods
jar of red chilli flakes
jar of cloves
strand or two of saffron
1 cinnamon stick
tube of tomato purée
carton of passata (500ml)
bag of cashew nuts
2 naan breads
bag of Basmati rice (1kg)
