Bread Meal Pack
Bread is something we consume almost every day, but how often do we think of making it ourselves? You don't have to shy away from giving it a go...it's a lot easier than people think and even easier with our recipes!
Our chocolate and apricot brioche is an awesome (but slightly naughty) way to start the day and it's not hard to do. You can mix it up with all sort of different flavours too. Give it a go!
For a quick lunch maybe you could make some flatbread club sandwiches...probably the easiest bread you can make! You don't even need an oven.
Perhaps you need something to go with your evening meal? Stick some amazing focaccia bread in the oven and wow your friends.

strong white bread flour (1kg)

handful of sunblushed tomato
a pack of crisps
1 tbsp instant dried yeast
large handful of dark chocolate chips
large handful of dried apricots, chopped
1 sachet of dried yeast (7g)
coarse sea salt
