Papaya Smoothie
slice the very top and bottom of the papaya and then peel.
halve the papaya and scoop out all of the black seeds.
hack up the flesh and dump into a smoothie machine or blender with all the other ingredients.
blitz and serve immediately, over more optional ice.
Makes two glasses
Cucumber, Kiwi and Apple Smoothie
peel the kiwi and ginger, core the apple and roughly chop all three.
hack up the cucumber.
bung everything into the blender, juicer or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth.
serve straight away or stash in a flask for later.
