Ham Rollover

Ham is such a cheap meat, but still tasty and versatile when following our Ham Rollover mealpack.

While the initial cooking time for the ham takes a while, you can simply chuck it in a pan and forget about it for a few hours. The end result is worth it and can be stretched over three completely different meals!

How to use pack

A whole ham takes virtually no prep before throwing it in a saucepan of water and adding a few flavours. After its cooked, it's all up to you! The joint can be cooled and kept in the fridge to be eaten cold. Alternatively it can be reheated by roasting, grilling or baking.

DAY 1
Is all about scoffing the ham whilst it's still warm. The sticky orange and mustard glazed ham carves perfectly and goes really well with some roasted potatoes and sweated leeks.

Day 2
For the second recipe in the meal pack we take the weird but strangely satisfying combination of ham and pineapple often found on pizzas and use it to create our Grilled ham and pineapple salsa recipe. It's fresh, summery and carb free.

Day 3 To finish the meal pack off we use the last of the leftover boiled ham in our tartiflette recipe. It's awesome comfort food crammed with ham and oozing cheese.

  • Remember though, for this meal pack separate the ham after boiling it and keep enough back in the fridge to cover each meal!
