With Easter just around the corner, what better time to make Easter Eggs?

Loads of you wanted us to make them, so we set Ben to work... Unfortunately Jamie & Mike don't quite have Ben's explanation skills... What do you think?

Breakfast WafflesShallot Tarte Tatin with SteakChicken Tikka MasalaTorn Chicken with Arrabiata Wholewheat Pasta


  • 1 tin of condensed milk (398g)
  • 450g brown sugar
  • 150ml milk
  • 115g butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • couple of handfuls of raisins
  • 1 tbsp of mixed spice



snap chocolate
melt in microwave
pour into egg mould
spread to the edges and keep it thick
leave to set
release from mould.
melt the edges of one, and stick two halves together.


slowly melt butter, milk, sugar and condensed milk and vanilla extract in a pan.
bubble gentle for 10 minutes.
add raisins and mixed spice.
pour into Clingfilm lined tin.
eave to set.
cut into pieces.
