SORTED's tribute to one of our favourite daytime shows in the UK... This Morning. Ben Ebbrell joins Gino D'acampo, Phillip Schofield and Holly willoughby to cook up a classic Italian dish - Pesto Pasta.

peel the garlic and chuck it into a pestle and mortar.
rip off of the leaves of the basil and add with to garlic with the cheese, pinenuts and a little oil.
pound until you have a paste.
loosen with more oil until you have the consistency you want.
season to taste and serve over hot pasta.

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • handful of pinenuts
  • bunch of fresh basil
  • chunk of Parmesan cheese, grated
  • glug of oilve oil
  • plenty of salt and pepper
