Ingredients

• a handful of black grapes
• 2 double shots of vodka (60ml)
• carton of natural yoghurt (250ml)
• small tub of crème fraiche (250ml)
• 1 orange
• 1 lime
• 1 heaped tbsp of icing sugar
• 2 tbsp of cranberry sauce

Recipe

pluck the grapes off of the stalks and stab each grapes a few times with a cocktail stick.
put the grapes in a small plastic container with the vodka and leave them in a fridge to absorb some vodka for a few hours.
transfer the vodka soaked grapes to a clean bowl and put them into a freezer for a couple of hours.
stir the yoghurt and crème fraiche together in a bowl and whisk in the icing sugar and cranberry sauce.
zest the whole of the orange and half of the lime into the creamy mix, then slice the remaining half of the lime into thin slices as a garnish.
divide the fool mix between 4 cocktail glasses and place three of the frozen vodka grapes on top of each then garnish with a thin slice of lime slit onto the edge.
