Nobody wants to be stuck inside a hot kitchen during the summer months. The answer? Take the kitchen outside, gather up your friends and get cooking some awesome grub using the SORTED BBQ meal pack!
Meat and Fish
4 beef steaks
4 fillets of haddock
1 pork fillet (about 400g)
Fruit and Veg
1 large onion
1 red chilli
1 bulb of garlic
4 corn on the cobs
2 large baking potatoes
1 lime
fresh coriander
fresh ginger
2 heads of bok choi
Dry Ingredients
1 can of fizzy cola (330ml)
smoked paprika
soy sauce
a generous squeeze of tomato purée
ground cumin
5 spice powder
hoisin sauce
honey
tomato ketchup
sherry

4 sheets of tin foil
BBQs are all about marinades and rubs. This is great news for us because it means we can get all the flavour into the meat in advance and just whack it on the grill when we need it.
Each of these recipes can be prepared the day before and stored in the fridge, leaving us time to enjoy the Great British weather (hopefully)!
Day 1 First up we offer to you our fish parcels. These are individual portions that are so beautifully self-contained so that they aren't tainted by any other charred and meaty BBQ flavours or smoky sausages.
Day 2 Bear with us... this is a little strange, but wait until you've tried it. Our Cola Steak is so succulent thanks to the carbonated sugary marinade that it literally melts in your mouth. The sticky and smoky flavours combine to make this a winner every time.
Day 3 A taste of the far east can be replicated with a few cheated ingredients and pork fillet. This Chinese Pork is sweet, sticky, charred and delicious to tuck into with a whole selection of salads.
