Simple icing
After a request or two about how to make simple icings for cakes I've demonstrated two of the easiest... butter cream icing and glacé.

Butter Cream
- 200g of icing sugar
- 100g butter, at room temp
Glacé Icing
- 200g icing sugar, sieved
- small splash of cold water
*Feel free to add a dash of flavouring or extract to either along with food colourings should you wish.
